Do you have some old eyeglasses lying around that you don't use anymore? If so, then bring them to The Bridge Coffee House and help First Capitol Lions' Club get them to people in need of them. Just stop by and drop them in the donation bucket by our front door.

Greetings, everyone! I hope you are all having a beautiful September, staying healthy and enjoying the weather.

Our readings for Sunday present us with the challenge of following what God is directing us to do and what we get distracted to do with our own desires. Sounds pretty simple, but is it really? Without our daily reminder that God is truly in charge and all we have to do is follow God's will in our lives, we can easily make a "wrong turn". Come join us in the Micah Room at 9:30am this Sunday as we celebrate God's word, pray, and share in Christ's meal before we are blessed to start a new week in Christ's name.
