My ritual! 💖
I just came in from a 3 mile jog/hike and it instantly poured. What gratitude I feel for the way things tend to just work out, esp when you do the self love things you Don’t FEEL LIKE DOING. Cmon, who really wants to feel the struggle in a challenge like exercise, yoga or meditation ect. Not many ppl actually feel like it, but they do it anyway. Kudos to those who show up for themselves in these ways so they can show up for others in the world. A routine of self care makes it more tolerable and it becomes a way of being. You just do it! You know it’ll always give back!
