Randy and his team are AMAZING! Got an amazing deal on a new garage door unit with remotes and keypad, Randy is incredibly responsive with any questions or concerns you may have and is very knowledgeable. The other thing that I really appreciated is the fact that he didn’t pressure me into buying anything I didn’t need, and offered me several different options based on my financial situation. The crew that installed my system (Derik and Justin), were courteous, professional and made sure all my questions were answered before they left. All around amazing experience, can’t recommend them enough and plan on using them for any future needs! Thank you for everything Randy, Derik and Justin!

Randy came to the rescue, when the spring on the garage door broke and I needed to go to an appointment. We called he was there, and lifted the door so I could get my car out. When we could get the spring fixed two wonderful guys came out with a smile and put our door back in business. Can't praise them enough, for coming to our rescue twice and it was cold that day! Would highly recommended

My old door finally broke while it was open, late in the evening the Tuesday before Thanksgiving. I called Wednesday but was unable to get them a deposit until the Monday after the holiday. They appreciated that I had very high anxiety about having a garage door stuck open for so long. These guys had a door in stock and were able to prioritize an installation for me within 9 days of my first call, even with the long holiday weekend. Sales and installation personnel were knowledgeable, courteous, and friendly. Removing the old door and installing a new one was finished within a few hours, even in steady rain. The new door and hardware are the quality and standard I was promised, and the price was competitive or less than other businesses I called, but who told me 3-6 weeks. If anyone I know tells me they are looking for a garage door company I will be referring them to Gigantic

Very professional and accommodating, and made arrangements the following morning to replace both springs and noticed a support was needed for the door. These guys are great! They came out the next day to replace the garage door opener. Very punctual to the point the job was completed before the originally scheduled time. The service guy was friendly and professional.
What impressed me most was Randy, the owner, called later that day to ask how everything went. That says a lot to me in customer care. I've been a homeowner for a lot years and I've never had anyone call after the fact. This is not the type of company that once they have your business, they're done with you. Whenever possible, I always support the local companies. Hopefully you will do the same........ especially with these guys. Job very well done, guys
