Can you feel the magic? The most magical adoption took place today.

Duke has waited patiently for almost a year to find his perfect Furever Family. His dream came true today.

Congratulations to Duke and his new family.

This sweet girl is a 58 lb Lab mix. She is good with all people, kids, dogs and cats. She knows the sit and down commands and it potty trained.

She lost her home and will be going to the shelter on Monday if no foster or another rescue steps up for her.

She is up to date on shots, we took her to the vet yesterday.

If interested in helping Roxy, please let us know. The owner's tough times should not mean she ends up in a shelter. Thank you to the temp holder who is giving us this time to find a situation for her.

Timing and a big heart is what saved this little girl. Her foster mom went to the shelter to adopt a cat and this little one was literally being prepped to go the room to be euthanized. Destiny is only 6 years old and a sweet little innocent girl. Her foster mom said oh no you don’t and took her home, then she came into our rescue. Would you like to be part of her journey?

Beautiful Rory has been adopted by her foster parents. She has been with them for almost a year and fits right in with her playmate Lucci.

Rory is a very special lady. She survived and raised 2 little girls living under farm equipment, hunting and eating road kill. She was picked up with her daughters by Bridgeton Street Department, responding to a dead deer call.

The rest is history. Her foster parents fell in love with her and made the decision to Adopt this sweet girl. I sure couldn't have hand picked a more loving home.

It's also her parents Anniversary.

Welcome Chapo to On My Way to Furever Rescue!!!

This is a case of helping him and his family. Chapo is a unicorn dog. Super friendly, loves kids, people in general, dogs and cats. He was a stray and a family took him in and helped this poor skinny boy get healthy again. They didn't realize there was BSL against pitbulls in their city and were ordered to remove him. They were going to have to surrender to a shelter by Monday and while they are heartbroken, it helps to know he is in a foster home and we will work to find a great home for him.

Chapo does need some vetting done and will be looking for his furever home soon. In the meantime, he has already made friends with the neighbor dog at his foster home and is enjoying the good life.

Fosters are the backbone of rescue and allowed us to help this sweet boy.
