Jimmy Buffett, 'Margaritaville' musician and mogul, dies at 76
The "Margaritaville" icon died peacefully Friday surrounded by his family, friends, music and dogs, according to a statement posted to his website and social media accounts.
The singer-songwriter was briefly hospitalized in May following a trip to the Bahamas. “I had to stop in Boston for a check-up but wound up back in the hospital to address some issues that needed immediate attention,” he told his followers in a social media post.

The Dahl & I were invited to the Boom Boom Room last night. We had an absolute blast!! Our server, Rae, took excellent care of us all night. We ordered two different shrimp appetizers that were outstanding. The main course comes out during the show. I ordered steak and the Dahl ordered salmon. Now you all that know me, know I Have a culinary soul and will review food honestly.
Chef Currie, you knocked it out of the park. That steak was so flavorful & juicy. You can also tell they use quality meat. The Dahl's salmon was perfectly cooked. Portions were decent and the prices were fair.
Ok, The show... The MC was absolutely perfect. She has a very sweet soul and a real natural knack to host a show. The Burlesque Showgirls were fabulous. These girls not only entertained you, they took you back and delivered a real burlesque experience. We highly recommend this place, if you want a great date night or a fun place to take a group This is an A+ option. We met with the owners at the end of the show. You can tell their heart and soul is in this establishment 100%.

Known as the Queen of Rock ‘n’ Roll for her blistering performances and powerfully gritty vocals, died today after a long illness at her home in Küsnacht near Zurich, Switzerland.
