This Saturday night, when the plays Uzbekistan, The Cheesesteak will be IN THE HOUSE! Look for Chef Mike at his "Philly Cheesesteak" stand just inside the stadium entrance on the northwest corner outside section 222. For a south city St. Louis kid who has played and loved the game of soccer his entire life, Mike can hardly contain himself. We are so proud of him and so blessed to be a part of his journey. The return of Italian Beef!
Beef Round slow simmered in house with our own blend of seasoning, then baked on a French loaf with smoky provolone. Finished with house made Giardiniera featuring locally grown celery, carrot, and peppers, along with cauliflower and green olive.
This one, while not revolutionary in any way, is special to me. It was one of the first off menu specials I ran after taking over the restaurant and THE first to sell out.

Today's special is pork with gravy. Jack Parker loved gravy and this sandwich is meant to be eaten with gravy-soaked bread. Jack never ate a meal without a piece of bread to soak up the juices. With this one, it's sloppy and messy, but the bread is just the right amount to soak up all the juices. Pete's Italian Bakery provides the bread, baked this morning. Good luck eating it like a sandwich. We give ya a knife and fork with this one for a reason! Enjoy!

Preparing for the Feast of St. Joseph - March 19th. The Feast of St. Joseph is an Italian tradition commemorating Jesus’ foster father. St. Joseph’s Day bread is made from the same dough as our Italian seed bread and can be made into different shapes such as The Crown of Thorns or The Cross. St. Joseph’s bread is made to adorn the St. Joseph’s Altar.
Pete's Italian Baking Co. is a large-scale bakery that produces a variety of breads and other baked goods. A production worker contributes to the overall success of the production operations and has the ability to help with different aspects of the baking process.
