During this time of stress make sure you are taking care of yourself because if you don't take care of yourself it will be very difficult to take care of others.

In light of our recent COVID19 situation, I had to face the reality that it was not safe to work with massage therapy clients in such a close and enclosed proximity. So I am going to take my holistic relaxation services virtual for a while because people still need human interaction and healing. I will be sharing anything from affirmations to breathing techniques.

2020 has been very challenging. Covid19 hit us really and effected many small businesses and I was greatly impacted. I have not seen a client since March because common sense and intuition said be still. As of last friday Sept. 4 I had to close my doors maybe not for good but for a while until I get reorganized and refreshed. For anyone who has supported my gift and my craft thank you, to anyone who has whispered prayers in God's ears to keep me covered...thank you. To all the clients who were a blessing to my space thank you. This won't be forever but right now I have to change the way I do business. Be blessed and be safe!!!
