Happy New Year! Good time celebrating yesterday. We had stick fighting, magic, smoked trout, baby back ribs, hurricanes. And a lil dragon. Thanks everyone for coming and supporting.
Me and a couple of students visited Sifu Paul and his lion dance team International Shaolin Wushu Center. They do the work. We decided, nah, we too old for a lion dance team.
Santa, Mrs. Claus & Noel visited 7 families this past weekend. While each family is special, some tug at our hearts a bit more than others & remind us why our work is so important.
An 8 yr old girl asked for a doll & a dollhouse, then sheepishly said what she would really like is a “pretty Christmas dress.” Mrs. Claus will choose the prettiest dress for our little friend.
Her 9 yr old brother sat next to Santa & asked for a star to go on top of the family’s Christmas tree. His mom reassured him that she’d take care of it & encouraged him to ask for something for himself. Santa will make sure there’s a star on the tree for Christmas morning.
To all our supporters, we’re grateful for your help in granting these Christmas wishes! Please share this post.
Happy thxgiving everyone. Yup class this weekend. We can’t take days off!

In case ya'll were sleeping. Thought KSDK did good job capturing our kfu in 2 minutes.
For St. Louis instructor, Kung fu also means empowerment Inside a small building in south city, they're teaching something even smaller: the one-inch punch. Despite the short distance, it's powerful.
I know everyone will be awake Wednesday 6am (half hour) to see our piece on KSDK (Channel 5) about our kung fu and school!

Soooo this all happened. June 18 we began renovating the school and now almost done.
To celebrate Master Tommy Quan taught a 2 day seminar (broken up to 2 one day seminars to be covid friendly) this past weekend. It was an awesome time we all enjoyed ourselves. We all learned alot, now we gotta train alot. Thanks Tommy and for all the students who attended and supported the school during the renovations, everyone contributed in anyway they could.
While sporting the boots at the Jersey shore my buddies Craig Greg and Lil Lisa have been working hard on renovating the school
