A few quick updates:

1. We have Bar Olympic Trivia at Budweiser Brew House tonight starting at 7pm.

2. The St Charles Traveling Queen of Hearts is at Shamrocks Pub and Grill tonight. The drawing, which is up to over $10,000, will be at 7pm sharp. Trivia starts at 8pm.

3. There is no trivia tomorrow at Casa Mía Mexican Kitchen.

4. I just learned about brat summer. Meaning, if you were having one, it's officially over. I apologize for any inconvenience and / or you're welcome (I still don't understand it).

Update: There is NO TRIVIA at Casa Mía Mexican Kitchen on Thursday. We'll be back next week.

Since we're half way through the year, here's a Friday afternoon trivia update!

1. So far this year, we've put on 111 shows with over 3600 people playing to date.

2. We've had three perfect games, all at Shamrocks Pub and Grill (Mario Speedwagon, Delusions of Adequacy, and Rex Goliath Kiwi Edition).

3. Although I no longer post regularly about it, teams who select "We Are the Champions" as their victory song are now 2-98 lifetime.

4. Here are the current standings: https://www.questionablepursuits.com/stats . Your half-way leader is Outcasts R Us from Casa Mía Mexican Kitchen, with nine victories on the season. Mario Speedwagon has the lead at Shamrocks on Wednesday nights at eight. Four teams are tied on Monday nights at Shamrocks at four each.

5. Both Tamm Avenue Bar and Budweiser Brew House have moved to themed trivia every two weeks. Follow their pages to keep up to date with upcoming themes.

6. The day before the 4th of July has overtaken the day before Thanksgiving as the "Biggest Bar Night of the Year (TM)." Typically, the day before Turkey Day is called Skanksgiving. I'm open to ideas for what to call the day before the 4th.
