November's employee spotlight is Innovative's superintendent, Tristan! Tristan's first job was Jimmy John's in South City. He has several happy places, but his all time happy place is his game room playing video games with his friends. His favorite "holiday" is his girlfriend's birthday and Labor Day. He has two dogs, Spike and Blue. When he is not video gaming, he is finding the next best place to go skiing!

Halloween is Heather’s favorite holiday! When she is not celebrating Halloween, she enjoys traveling 🧳 especially to foreign countries. She is from St. Louis, but because of her love for travel, she has lived in many places.

She loves her dog (pictured) - Remi and plays in a kickball and volleyball league!

This month's Innovative Employee Spotlight is one of our salesman, Tim!

Tim is the father of four girls and he loves spending his Saturday evenings watching a couple of movies with them.

Tim keeps himself busy with his multiple hobbies! He enjoys grilling, DYI home improvement projects, live concerts, Friday night dart league, and he is currently President of the Kirkwood Optimist Club where they fundraise for youth programs and scholarships.

The Buddy Fund is a 501 (c)(3) charity helping at-risk St. Louis youth without regard to race, ethnicity, or religion. It was founded in 1962 by St. Louis Sportscaster Buddy Blattner to supply sports equipment to charities and organizations that use organized sports to help redirect the lives of at-risk youth, including boys & girls clubs, police athletic leagues, homes for kids, community centers, and after-school programs.
