88 Days until my wedding!😱😍

Let’s see what I can do in the next 2 months💪🏼 It all comes down to consistency and I have been STRUGGLING with that! My current goal is to hit the gym 4-6x per week while eating nutritious foods
In the past few months my weight has stayed consistent, but my lean muscle mass has decreased and body fat percentage has increased. The scale alone does not show the full story. Your body fat percentage and lean muscle mass really help determine how you look👀

What is a pump??
The muscle “pump” refers to the temporary increase in muscle size that occurs when you lift weights, especially when you use higher reps and shorter rest periods. The net effect is that blood is being pumped into your muscles faster than it can leave, which makes the blood “pool” in your muscles, and gives you a pump.

Flexed vs Relaxed😦
Both are real life and both can be misleading.
We are human and we can look drastically different all within the same 30 seconds. As humans, it’s hard for us to recognize that there are grey areas. We like to view things as “real life vs Instagram,” which CAN be true, but it depends on the photo.
