This month's Second Monday is next week on Monday, April 8th, and it's our last one before the summer training festival! If you haven't joined one of these nights yet, I hope you can make it. We've had such a wonderful turnout since starting these, and we're so grateful to our Liars for showing UP! Keep your eyes on the socials soon as we'll be announcing the festival dates and location in the near future......
We're meeting from 7 - 8:30pm this month. We're going to have another night of yoga only, with no Suzuki. You can also bring a friend with you, and that friend does not have to have participated in a YLSTF in the past! Sign up here or read on for details...

Someone will be down at the entrance to let you in at 6:45pm! We'll start right at 7. No entry will be available after 7pm.
WHAT SHOULD I EXPECT?
Maggie will lead an all levels yoga class from 7-8:30ish (we may not go the full hour and a half).
WHAT DO I BRING?
Please bring a yoga mat, and a small blanket or two that you can use when we end the night in restorative yoga. We will not have yoga mats to share. And, you can bring a friend this time! That friend does not need to have done at YLSTF in the past, so bring a yoga buddy if you want!

Ring in the New Year with a YoungLIars celebration and fundraiser - "Bobby Burns B***y Birthday Bash!" YoungLiars resident bard, Jeff Skoblow, meets the national poet of Scotland, Robert Burns, for a glorious night of drinking and singing at The Greenfinch Theater and Dive on South Jefferson. Jeff will teach you all you need to know to sing along. Its one night only! Drinking starts at 6:30 and singing starts at 7:30. Please join us for a night of b***y celebration!

For the last 30/40 mins after Suzuki, we'll end the night with some restorative yoga -- if you've never done restorative yoga, you'll get cozy on your mat with blankets and pillows and hold soft poses on the ground to relax into your evening.

We are teaming with St. Louis Shakespeare Festival to offer "Second Mondays" this Fall. The second Monday of each month we will be offering an evening of Yoga and Suzuki in the beautiful St. Louis Shakespeare rehearsal space Washington Avenue.
This night is open to anyone who has previously participated in the Summer Training Festival during past ten years. And there is no cost!
