When Nestlé Purina PetCare approached Gray’s Branding + Graphics (B+G) Studio to envision a manufacturing experience center for their new facility in Eden, North Carolina, we knew this would be more than just a graphics project. We saw the BIG potential to create something very impactful, sharing a compelling story in a BIG space through BIG and bold design. Gray is teaming up with Contegra Construction on the new Manner Polymers facility in Mount Vernon. This new solar-powered plant, featuring a roof-mounted array and a 15-acre solar field, will boost production of flexible PVC compounds by 100 million pounds and create over 60 new jobs in the area. This state-of-the-art indoor and outdoor AAA Hockey and Futbol facility is going to be a game-changer for Saint Louis. We thrilled to team with Keystone Construction Company and Stock & Associates, Inc. to bring this project to life!

One of the largest sports complexes in the Midwest to be built in Chesterfield Keystone Construction Company has been chosen to design and build a new sports complex in Chesterfield that will be one of the largest in the Midwest.

Gray has completed the new global headquarters for Novus International! Partnering with HERA laboratory planners, we designed an extensive lab space occupying half of the facility, resulting in a highly functional and efficient working environment that enhances daily operations. Windows around the lab perimeter allow clients and vendors to observe operations during tours. A suspended large-scale custom molecule display in the café and molecule details embedded in the carpet create an engaging and collaborative environment that reflects Novus’ brand identity.

Last week, Ben, our Director of Branding + Graphics, had the honor of serving as a judge at the STLCC Meramec Annual Exhibition for Graphic + Interior Design students, carefully selecting Best of Show, 1st, 2nd and 3rd place winners.

Impressed by the winning pieces and the overall quality of the exhibition, Ben shared his thoughts: "Both students and faculty should take immense pride in the exceptional quality and professionalism showcased at the annual design show. The selection process was both challenging and enjoyable, resulting in a captivating display of works that encompass a diverse array of skills and applications, truly reflecting the excellence of the college's design program."

| Poettker is excited to partner TriStar Properties again to build 2 additional warehouse facilities in Maryland Heights, MO.

Tilt-up panels are currently being poured for Buildings 4 & 5 of the Westport Commerce Center Industrial Park. These 256,000 SF facilities are being constructed simultaneously to maximize manpower and speed up the overall project.
