Some of my work from the holiday season last year, in sticker form! my art style has evolved and I've been doing cute kawaii and chibi work (versus elaborate, textured watercolors) I thought these were too cute to pass up making into stickers this year.
These are up over at Possum-bilities with and I've been busy dying because no tonsils = worse rsv and URIs. .

Wow. September destroyed me physically but it was my BEST month yet for art!! You all loved CHONK raccoon so much, I made another! 2nd sticker arrived today! Halloween merch is out - both prints and stickers over at today :3 thank you all for giving me my best month yet and supporting local artists 🥺❤️. I broke $1,300 (before commission/display fees) at just one local store in September, selling only stickers and prints. It's truly amazing. Every time I wonder if I can keep doing this, locals show up ♥ Can't wait to bring in prints of him, too! 🎃 And I have more OH LAWD HE COMIN prints otw, too!

Covid lollipop time! 🍭 2-13 I had covid. 14-18 I had the flu. I've been covid negative for awhile, but now the magic wand of covid testing says my partner has it (we're all surprised he's almost 20 days late). Meanwhile my 7yr old has some suspicious congestion but tested negative for both 🧐 worst part is we've hardly been anywhere, are vaxxed, and mask when indoors.
Tl;dr EXHAUSTING MONTH
Trying to stock at night, and take care of everyone. Back to art... Eventually!! 🥴

I'm excited to focus on original, reoccurring characters. I haven't done much of that, and redrawing the same character in the same style with different poses, expressions, etc has been a challenge. I think i need to make a full brush history list to remember 😆

I gave my drawing hand a new mouth! Doesn't look like much today, but I saw my skeleton and had a nickel sized hole! 😆 👍 Applied pressure and superglued it shut. Healing nicely with mupiricin for good measure 🙃 going on 5 days post maim, finally not purple, and looking good. Still afraid to bend it, but getting there.
Good thing I got these cuties done before all that. I haven't been able to draw much on vacation, with no bendable finger.... So I took my needle felting kit to practice

I'm in Colorado, otherwise I'd have the join the kid's fairy garden village 😝 It occurred to me after I submitted them for printing, that I should have made the bottom vine go up to the flower on her head, as though she was putting one on her head and offering one to you! Next time 😆 just as Charmander she has a baby version and a mushroom version, so does Bulbasaur. You can dm me for details to show me your Pokedex, but these babies will not be online 🍄🌿

I'm so bad at social media lately. I'm my defense, I've been sick 😆 but I potentially cured my by following a bunch of solid studies over the last decade - 3rd month not crying on the floor in pain for 8-10 days straight every month. First times in 17yrs! What does this have to do with art? Nothing, and everything, because it's life.

I've been in Florida - visiting family and taking my eldest to Disney for the first time. I restocked well before I left, and I'll be adding 8x8 axolotls and much more, later this week over at with updates to my etsy to follow 💞🐌 snail pace, as always, for social media.

I sold 131 stickers last month, 96% of which were sold at Possum-bilities. SLOWLY working on getting a'lotl stickers photographed and put up online for more orders at my Etsy Store: FaeTailsArt. I'm about 30% done adding my current work. Photographing and editing photos is SO time consuming. No one tells you that about art 😹 according to the flow of social media, I need to find time to make videos of the artistic process and products, while also not dying of endometriosis 10-12 days a month, taking care of small animals, parenting and making more art 🙃 forever behind.

I gave Stickers n' Signs some of my artwork that I painted in Procreate last week, and they made these GORGEOUS vinyl stickers for the Hedgehog rescue and adoption event tomorrow at Possum-bilities in the Burg2 ♥ 1-4 with Hedgehog Welfare Society

I usually do orders online but the downside is the shipping time and having to order large amounts of one design, especially when it's a design you want to try. I'm so excited to have a local sticker maker to work with.

The stickers are vinyl, weatherproof & can last years outdoors 😃

I wouldn't know where to begin with how special today was -- at Possum-bilities in the Burg with the gorgeous (to my left) and (lmk if I forgot anyone) made magic and dreams happen today for so many people who came from all over to see opossums at the Hissing Booth! 💕 It was a magical day full of delightful rescued wildlife and lovely, like-minded animal lovers 🥹♥️ I brought the dwarf rat boys out, they did SO good and were throughly tuckered out at the end (sleeping in their pumpkin)

I haven't decided what these will say yet! 400px low quality previews of some cute graphics in progress. I'm not a graphic designer(I did adjust the purple of the rainbow to be a bit bigger sometime after this) so it's been a learning process. Because I don't vector, I throw a white background layer behind them, so that the pixels blend better 👌 (the final is transparent when I print them).

Unfinished WIP's of in progress! I have some themed merch on the way :) I'm hoping to have stickers of these lil babies sometime end of the month? I'm close to finishing - I need to paint in a background for both for prints, and finish some details & add a layer of white behind the blue one (prints the pixels better in my experience, since I don't vector)

I don't know what to say - life has been unexpectedly crazy the last few weeks. I'm finally doing art regularly again - here's my test run of some Valentine's Day Cards going up at I feel like I've progressed quite a bit as an artist, but I'd say my graphic design skills are "passable". I have some sticker designs I want to add words to, so I'll be working on leveling up soon 🙃 made in Procreate & Canva

wip over at .art inspired by this time it's an ! I've spent so long doing dragons the last 3 months that I found this easier than the fox. Pink was easier to blend in simple textures and airbrush than other color tones (or fur 😆). I might sticker-ize this one when I'm finished. I've been going for more chibi/anime eyes with this exercise, both to differentiate from and try something new. Keeping the flatter face but giving it dimension was the part that was difficult here.
