Goldbelt Prism Team Wins Spot on Coast Guard’s $233M ILMS II IDIQ

VLinc is excited to be part of Goldbelt Prism’s winning team for the Installation and Logistics Management Services - 2nd Generation (ILMS II) contract vehicle. ILMS II is an Indefinite-Delivery/Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract designed to provide the United States Coast Guard (USCG) with commercially available installation and logistics management services. The scope encompasses shipboard and land-based equipment installations and maintenance, with a focus on Command, Control, Communications, Computer, Cyber and Intelligence (C5I) systems. Services include C5I System Documentation Support, Installation Support, Engineering Change and Time Compliance Technical Order (TCTO) Support, and Field Support. The contract also allows for the occasional purchase of IT equipment in addition to services. This Master IDIQ has a shared ceiling of $233,300,000 and is set to run from June 24, 2024, to June 23, 2029.

Team Shield AI Wins U.S. Coast Guard Maritime Unmanned Aircraft System (MUAS) Contract

VLinc is excited to be part of Shield AI’s winning Maritime Unmanned Aircraft System (MUAS) Services team. On June 26th the U.S. Coast Guard awarded Shield AI a $198M+ indefinite-delivery, indefinite-quantity firm fixed-price contract to provide Contractor Owned Contractor Operated (COCO) Intelligence, Surveillance, and Reconnaissance (ISR) services. This service will be implemented using Shield AI’s V-BAT UAS.

VLinc performers will serve as a vital interface and collaborator with Shield AI and the Coast Guard. Leveraging our extensive network of relationships within the Coast Guard enterprise, spanning operations, engineering, safety, training, and other domains, we will support Shield AI and the Coast Guard by ensuring that all V-BAT logistics elements have been considered and addressed to guarantee seamless, high-quality ISR services.

The V-BAT series aircraft is the only operationally deployed single-engine ducted fan vertical takeoff and land (VTOL) UAS that can launch and recover from a hover and fly on wing in horizontal flight. With more than five years of persistent operational experience at sea, U.S. and international customers view the V-BAT as a flexible platform capable of performing Group 2 to Group 5 UAS missions and beyond. This non-supervisory position is performed in a typical business or home office setting with travel to deployment sites when necessary. The APML performs various tasks related to the development, operation, evaluation, and improvement of MUAS supportability and/or maintainability programs and information systems. They are responsible for scheduling and executing onloads and offloads of assets for all deployments. Team Vector Wins PSMI MAC PMA-271 Contract

VectorCSP, Tekla Research, and VLinc continued their team’s success by winning the recompete of the PMA-271 Logistics contract at NAS Patuxent River in support of NAVAIR. Team Vector will provide Integrated Product Support (IPS) program management and logistics support services, configuration management support, and government furnished equipment (GFE) support of acquisition and sustainment for the life cycle of specified weapons systems, system of systems, its sub-systems and support equipment for PMA-271 E-6B Airborne Strategic Command, Control, and Communications.
