"Liz pulled a fast one on me. I had listed my condo for sale without an agent. I was adamant about not using an agent. She hunted me down and made a crazy promise that if I used her she would get some astronomical price for the property. I said, "if you can get that price you deserve the listing and commission." I laughed and sat back as she listed it. What do you know, a couple weeks later she had the place sold for the exact price she stated to me! Being a very busy person, I warned her I would be very hands off with this sale, pretty much telling her "don't ask me to do anything." This sale was all her, she put in the work and got it done."
