Build. Restore. Revive.
The Aspermont Barndo has come to a close. 4 bedroom 4 bath open concept living area. Built for entertaining and complete with large shop, garage, and rainwater collection system.
Tyler and crew worked their tails off in this heat to get the red iron squared away. Excited to see the sheet metal go up now. We will keep you posted!
Red Iron- ✅
This customer created such a unique space for their family to come together and relax. We are so proud to get to be apart of that and help all their fun ideas come to life!
🎵on a long hot summer day🎵
Off to an early start.
Another happy customer. Small barn on a hunting lease with a 5000g tank and rainwater collect system complete with a pump and filtration system.
What a build. Barn, covered parking area for a camper and a rainwater collect system. Inside the barn is an insulated pump room.
Wells before and after.
We have some of the most creative people working with us! They created this art and the vanity out of treasures aka “junk” that was laying around.
Kitchen progress at the flip on Wells. Not done yet, but she is getting a little closer each day thanks to our team!
Sneak peak of the new sanctuary for the Bethel Church here in Stamford.
Another throwback to a pool pergola we built in Ericksdahl. The main frame was built out of solid 8”x8” cedar with 6”x6” solid cedar supports. 2”x6” cedar roof rafters with tongue and groove cedar decking. Lastly a standing seam metal roof.
A throw back to this summer on a little welding project we did for a client in ericksdahl. Was a lean to with a tack room off of a loafing shed. The door to the tack room swings 360° with 3 saddle racks on it.
Ceiling is done! Beams are done! We’re counting down the days on a few final finishes and we will show the final reveal of the whole build.
“ BUILD-RESTORE-REVIVE”
Caitlin Richards coined this phrase after a discussion with me about our business and what it means to me to renovate old homes. She summed it up with three little words.
BUILD-RESTORE-REVIVE.
BUILD dreams, RESTORE pride of ownership, and REVIVE what seems like a lost cause. I could’ve never come up with that on my own. She has a gift for expression through words that I envy! Thank you Caitlin, for giving me a reset phrase and a reminder. A mantra to keep me focused on what makes me tick and brings me joy…mostly joy, sometimes there are tears too!

Before pictures of the house on Wells. Still a work in progress, but can’t wait to see the final product.
Little update on our Aspermont Barndo. Tongue and groove ceiling in the main living area. Stain color Early American.
This window means so much more than anyone can imagine! So proud of the progress being made at our warehouse office. We will keep eating this elephant one bite at a time!
Pictures from a recent master en-suite remodel. This gorgeous bathroom features a giant soaking tub with brilliant brass fixtures. Large double shower with seat and lighted niche. The double vanity includes lighted mirrors with anti fog mode. Beautiful mother of pearl tile on the backsplash as well as the shower ceiling. It literally sparkles! Amble storage with a walk in linen closet and plenty of cabinet space to boot. The floor tile is laid in a beautiful herringbone pattern. The closet includes LED accent lighting and storage galore! This was such a fun project and I feel so fancy just getting to help with it…😜! What do y’all think?
I know it’s been a while since our last post. We’ve been fighting the wind, heat and rain and it’s slowed progress but it didn’t stop it. We’re finally finished with the Berry Hill barn!
Not all of our builds are huge. A tiny house we built in Girard for a client for their hunting property. Two bed one bath with the kitchen and living all together. Living space was under 600sqf. Spray foam insulation and the client wanted window units for the heating and cooling since the house wouldn’t be used year round.
A little job progress update photos. The Main structure framing will be finished Friday. Next week we will start building the lean-to framing.
Concrete poured today for a new 50X80 barn.
A little throw back Thursday. A barn we built two years ago in hawley. Yes that is a deer blind built into the barn.
The island is the show stopper!
I love when the project packs a punch! We converted this traditional floor plan to an open living concept and I couldn’t be happier with the results! What do you think?
New floor poured for curbless shower. All the plumbings in place. Niches are cut and ready to be built. Can’t wait to see this beautiful shower finished.
Customer contracted his own job out. He had us weld the metal framing and do the sheeting. This was one of our more difficult build due to the shape and having a hipped roof. Garage area 16’x34’. Storage area 18’x14’.
Doing a little demo at the roundup hall for the tcr old timers association. Love the way these trusses look.
Finished up a new barn we built in Potosi. Shop area is 34’x24’and the porch measures 10’x34’. All LED lighting and two skylights.
