What is great about these trays is that we can personally grow any crop for you. Just let us know which crop you want and we can have it ready for pick up and any farmers market.

The best snacker of all…. Sunflower microgreens. They are always a hit with the kids. Why??? They are sweet, juicy, crunchy and nutty (just like the seed) most importantly it is a great way for kids to get their vital nutrients.

The two girls were enjoying the with their mom on this beautiful Sunday and they could not wait to open the container and start snacking.

Daikon Radish is a green crop with an intense radish flavor great in any microgreen salad or full sized salad. Daikon is one of the most popular radishes to sprout as well. Tomorrow is opening day of the Greenwich Farmers market from 9:30am-1:00pm in . We are so excited to be participating in this market through out the season. We will have a variety of different microgreens you can buy. Come kick off this market season strong.

We will also be in the tomorrow from 10am-1pm. We look forward to seeing our customers and new ones as well. Trust me once you have our microgreens, you will not be able to get enough.

Knock knock… who's there? Your favorite sunflower microgreens.

Today at about 3pm I knocked on this red door and delivered this beautiful 10x20 tray of sunflower microgreens to our first account ever. Rio, chef and owner of the in uses our sunflower microgreens in one of his amazing sushi rolls. Who would have thought? Sunflowers microgreens in sushi. It just works. He was revamping his menu and wanted to incorporate something different, easy and unique. It has been an amazing journey so far and I'm looking forward to continuing this journey with Rio from we appreciate your support as we grow!

It has been a long ride so far starting our microgreens business and we are excited to kick into full gear this summer season. Today is opening day of the we will be located in the fairgrounds barns from 4pm-7pm! Come and get your favorite microgreens!

We are starting the farmers market season off strong and the first farmers is kicking off this Saturday from 10am-1pm.

The winter season has been a slow and steady journey but now with this season kicking off strong we have grown. It has not been easy but it is totally worth it. We are getting ready to take on more opportunities of growth. Being in this market is just one of them. Thank you to all for discovering and supporting us.
