ABOUT ME
Since it has become apparent that the rest of the family(especially since our recent move into a new home) is not interested in displaying the many lovely antique, vintage, midcentury, retro mod, shabby chic, art deco, primitive etc collections that have been accumulated over the years, and I am still a bit young to start ‘Swedish Death Cleaning’, let’s just say my focus will be downsizing and passing on some really cool stuff, hopefully to those who see it’s awesomeness, value and reason to still use and enjoy.
Most of the items I sell are vintage. That means they are likely to show some expected wear from previous use and/or age. I try to be as accurate in my descriptions as possible. Most times I will not know the previous history of an item. I am a collector, not an expert. I have a good eye and will always make a note of what I see. I am slightly OCD, so I do pay a lot of attention to details. 🙂 If I make a mistake or miss something, I take full responsibility for it. This is my passion and I take it very seriously. Do not hesitate to contact me with any questions you might have and I will try to offer you a prompt reply.
AUCTIONS
Bids are considered a commitment to purchase. Please bid in $2 increments. Feel free to make an offer if you see something you just must have as long as there are no bids yet on the item. Once bidding has started I will have to let the auction take its course.
Payment is expected with 7 days of auction end. Paypal is my preferred method of payment. After 7 days unless other arrangements have been made, the item is considered forfeited and made available either to the next highest bidder or to be offered up again for auction or sale. I am unable to offer layaway service at this time, so please keep this in mind before placing your bid.
SHIPPING
Sometimes the packing materials or a larger or smaller box will change a shipping estimate. I am happy to combine shipping for multiple purchases whenever possible. It is my policy to refund any shipping overcharges greater than $1. I don't charge extra for 'handling' or materials. I do recycle clean boxes, bubble wrap, packing peanuts, etc. To me this is the responsible way to do things. Lower 48 States Only Please.
PAYMENT
Payment is expected within 7 days. Paypal is the preferred method of payment. At this time I am unable to offer layaway.
