Jack deVilliers is promoted to Managing Director in the Northeast, overseeing the operating portfolio in CT, NY, and northern NJ. Jack has been a great leader at Regency for more than 13 years, helping us grow from 10 properties to 100 in the Northeast.
Liz Miskelly is promoted to Vice President of Property Operations, overseeing the Northeast region. This promotion reflects her extensive contributions over her 17-year tenure with Regency. She embodies what makes our culture special, demonstrating the highest level of integrity and leading from the front.
Tricia Freeman is promoted to Vice President, Market Officer. She has played a crucial role in Rocky Mountain development deals, asset management for Ohio Valley properties, and led leasing efforts in Colorado. In her new role upon relocation to the Northeast, Trish will assume operational responsibility for Connecticut, comprising ~40 assets.
Joe Allegretti is promoted to Vice President, Market Officer. Joe came to Regency as part of the Urstadt Biddle Properties merger and had nine years of experience leading their leasing efforts. In his new role, Joe will assume operational responsibility for ~45 assets in New York and northern New Jersey.
