We are Paramount Home Care... a home health company & these are the faces of our heroes. So proud of ALL our nurses & staff. They are in the front lines everyday visiting the most vulnerable patients (mostly coming from the hospitals) in their own homes or assisted living... Without hesitation, these nurses do their visits not knowing what the situation will be in the patients home.
