Just got our final inspection approved on our Immaculate Conception Parish Center project. Full gut and remodel of the admin office here, including remote latch security door, security windows, moved walls to accommodate new layout, updated electrical/lighting, plumbing, new flooring, paint, carpet, base, doors, a little custom cabinetry and new kitchen appliances. Wish I could fit more “before” pictures as they are straight out of 1976! Big transformation.

This custom wet bar turned out pretty slick. Custom black hickory cabinets with rollouts, wine rack and doors w glass. Quartz top with slab backsplash. RGB audio sensitive LED undercab lights. Black nood sink and faucet. Matching stereo cabinet with vinyl storage.

Little Camano beach cabin shower remodel. We left the fiberglass pan and had it in re-finished. New tile surround, off set shower valve and head on an adjustable bar. New 3/8” hinged shower glass, paint and base.

We were tagged in a post earlier but here’s our own post on this incredible bathroom remodel on Camano.

Where to start? We have a KOHLER veil in-wall tank toilet with integrated bidet, an Acritec niche tub with a built in heat pad. We have an awesome heated towel rack. Tile floor is heated. New window with quartz sill to match the vanity. Tile from floor to ceiling with custom niches. Floating custom maple vanity and medicine cabinet basin sink in mint. Black fixtures from Kohler and JACLO. Floor tile design by homeowner. Flush mirror from vanity to the ceiling. Deleted a door, new framing, drywall, lighting, paint, plumbing, insulation. What an incredible project and an absolute show stopper. Turned out close to my original sketchup mock-up!

I’m a big fan of this Stanwood (cedarhome) kitchen that we just finished. Let me name the reasons…New shaker uppers go to the ceiling, moved recessed lighting and the fridge. Added coffee bar lowers and uppers with outlets inside. We have magnetic 🧲 keyed locks on the sink cab doors. The sink is an Elkay quartz blue sink and we digitally color matched the island to the sink. Note the applied panels to the island, pantry and refrigerator panels. We have rollouts in the full height pantry and all of the lowers. We painted the kitchen walls/ceiling and elsewhere. Removed the builder grade tile surround on the fireplace and used the same slab for the new surround. New backsplash. Clients purchased all new glass/white appliances. Also the faucet is electric. The “before” pictures are terrible. Enjoy the view, I LOVE this kitchen.

This home theater that we completed last summer is AWESOME. With the homeowner’s initial concept, we were able to design a custom theater that fit their needs. We installed faux columns with custom sconces, new stained doors, millwork, chair rail/wainscot and baseboard. Art lights and LED riser lights, elevated back row seating with lighting, recessed ceiling with crown moulding to hide Philips Hue lighting. We have a hidden exterior door behind one of the columns. This took many hours, in coordination with a great hi-fi company and our excellent electrician, Switch Electric Home Energy and High-Tech Living, LLC. When the project was complete, the homeowners had us over for pizza and a viewing of the new Top Gun.

Finishing up this primary bath in Stanwood. Removed the builder-grade soaking tub and shower. Installed a Japanese-style 41” round soaking tub with a floor mount tub fill. New shower is curbless with a linear EBBE drain, shower niches and splash panel. Heated tile floor. New quartz remnant countertop and quartz windowsill. We kept the maple vanity and painted it along with the walls. I think we got pretty close to our initial design. Zen bathroom complete, great work guys!

Here’s a big remodel we did earlier this year. New acacia engineered hardwood floors throughout. New quartz countertops, refinished existing cabinets and added new to match, new VG fir trim throughout, backsplashes, tile showers, faux beams. Clients were amazing.

A quick one-day install yesterday over a builder-grade painted plywood soffit with RealSoffit V-Groove “West Coast IPA” pre-finished 1x6.
