As part of the Fulbright program, Teaching Professor Frank Koe traveled to Cambodia for a monthlong experience at the Institute of Technology of Cambodia - សាលាតិចណូ in Phnom Penh! During his time there, he helped build early-stage engineering entrepreneurial programs and special topics curricula.
