Fresh salsa! Wow that was quite a bit of work! Washing, seeding & peeling that many tomatoes plus other veggie prep, then water bath canning took 2 days! I had so many tomatoes I thought I would get at least 10 jars, but alas I ended up with 5. I haven’t tried it yet, it better be good!

I’m having a strange-feeling day, I’m not really feeling like myself but I don’t know why, but I have the best husband in the world who gave me a sugar exfoliation rub that I asked for immediately, took care of driving the kids everywhere, took me to buy a new pair of workout shoes, took me to the thrift shop (I found a fiesta ware light blue pitcher & a plushy), and stated we are ordering pizza tonight. You know? For bitcoin pizza day. OMG I am so lucky to have John Adair as my life partner I’m getting emotional 🥲
