After A LOT sleepless nights and very emotional days. I have decided not to renew my lease for the store.

Coming to this decision has been very difficult for me. At times I become very emotional and other times feels like a great weight has been lifted off my shoulders.

It has been an amazing journey in this hobby. It definitely has been the best job of my life, if you can even call it a job. But it has taken a lot to run the store for one person.

I guess for me, it’s just time. Most of you know I run this store by myself, open to close, 6 days a week. I’m tired and old…lol. Also, I feel I have lost a lot of passion for the hobby itself. Plus, a few other reasons.

I can’t thank everyone enough for all the support, laughter, amazing “hits”, friendships made and so much more.

My lease runs through June 2024. During the remaining months I will be in process of liquidating everything. I will still be bringing in a few newer boxes but the selection will much more selective.
My account with Upper Deck is closed so no more hockey or Marvel. And yes, I know, I know.. Connor Bedard…lol. Hopefully all the other great local cards shops can fulfill your product needs. I will also inform Panini and Topps in the upcoming months of my plans.

Again, thank you to everyone that has supported Grand Slam throughout the years. Words can never express my gratitude.
