So, I had to make a post. I do this often at all. Here's the set up... my mother came to visit from another state around July. She cleared one of our flower beds in the backyard to set up a "fairy Gnome Land" for my three little girls. Here's the creation of the "Land". I will post pictures from that time and pictures from tonight. Then you will see pictures of the other flowerbed not 4 feet from that one. No seeds were places just cleared of weeds. I just noticed tonight that that bed has flourished with clovers and the others are still dormant. These pictures are from July and from tonight. I literally have no explanation of why this "FAIRY GNOME LAND" HAS created a seriously lush clover field and the others still look like nothing.?????

Hello all! Long time since my last post. Been super busy this summer. My brother Johnny has moved to town with another 20+ years of home renovation experience to join me with the task of helping folks with their renovation ideas and dreams!
Here's a couple more renovations we finished this summer. We had a complete transformation of a 4br 2ba home gutting both bathrooms to the studs redesigned with tile, glass and the works! Also new flooring throughout, fresh paint, kitchen cabinets, countertops, appliances etc. Made a 1940s home look like new again!
Then a bathroom that was in dire need of an upgrade and the owners picked some fantastic colors (navy blue and gold) and designer fixtures, one of my favorites for sure! Before and after picks are first below.
Be sure to look for us during the Carson parade. We put together an awesome Wizard of Oz float! My wife and I and our 4 beautiful girls ages 11months, 2, 4 and 15 years old will all be in full costume! As well as my brother, his wife and 3 boys, we'll all have tons of candy to give away!Gonna have a blast!

Hello community! Been busy as ever and trying to keep up with demand. I've been taking on bigger projects lately and still trying to fit in the smaller ones and lend a hand when I can. Been getting more difficult to do so with a back issue that's gotten pretty bad. After exhausting all options, I'm talking with a surgeon about a possible operation. That being said, I'm glad to announce that my brother is moving here to join me to help locals reach their home repair and renovation goals! So excited he was willing to join me and Handiworx. He will be able to take the reins while im recovering and once im back on my feet, well be able to focus on a more efficient way to cover bigger projects and the small ones. I know it's a pain trying to find someone for a small project and its my goal to eventually eliminate the guesswork on the county's oddjob needs! As always, I really appreciate the work and everyone's support!

Hello all, been so wrapped up in a long winter and family trips out of state. Our trip to Nebraska for grandmother's birthday. It was great seeing the youngest famly member Our baby Zoe at 3months and oldest family member grandmother Laura at 103 years old! Great trip!
Heres a before and after take of another completed bathroom remodel. Plus a revamped laundry room.
One great update is that work is building up too much to handle alone and have recruited my brother to join me in the never ending task of helping locals with there renovation ideas!

Hello all! Just throwing out a couple more projects completed. Hope everyone is fairing well in this weather!
Completed a home addition and another bathroom! Working on another bathroom and have bit the bullet on new plumbing tools. I have a brand new camera snake and jetter to find drain issues and clean them up! This is a great standard maintenance that I believe is needed in our area especially!!! Today November 19th at 8:54am my loving wife Valori Gray gave birth to our new beautiful baby girl Zoe Alexandra Stoltenberg at 8lbs 7oz, 21 inches long with strawberry blonde hair! She is absolutely gorgeous! So blessed to have great doctors and the most wonderful crew of nurses here at Hood River Providence! I will be back to work Monday the 29th, I appreciate the communities support and work and hope everyone has a great Thanksgiving!

Hey all!
First I'd like to apologize for not being available lately. I was under the weather for a week and had an inspection date come up quicker than expected
on the Play Frontier pre-school fence, ramp and deck project. So we hammered down on it and got it done around 7pm the day before their inspection! Glad to say it passed with flying colors and am super excited to be apart of it and see the new toddler play area come together!
Will be reaching out next week to the folks I missed, and see if they still need help. Thanks everybody for the work and support!
Oh ya, I'm currently working on a beautiful picket fence in Carson and think I'll have it done by Wednesday next week! More to come Thanks!

Just a heads up, Handiworx is now an LLC!
I'm licensed, bonded and insured now!!!!!
Sending out my info to register with The Department of Labor and Industries tomorrow and should receive my registration card in a couple weeks!!!

JUST A QUICK NOTE:
I really want to emphasize that there's no job too small for me! Ive helped locals with hanging curtains, mounting a TV on the wall and even just to spray a potential bee hive! Please feel free to contact me for any type of work needed literally. If you need help with something please let me know, even if it seems silly to ask! No worries, sometimes you just need an extra hand.

I want to thank everyone who has reached out to me for projects around their homes and helping me support my family and help others! I'm so proud to be apart of this community!
I will be starting the process for my general contractors license next month and will be fully insured and bonded!
I will be able to take on the bigger projects and not have to burden my contractor friends so much! Not that there complaining about the work LOL!
Much appreciation to my soon to be fellow local contractors and cant wait to work along side you all and to share the load of helping our community repair and build our homes!

Hi everybody!
Been a while since my last post. I did finish up weatherizing that room and put a new door jam and floor. My cameras a little busted so forgive me for spacing on a finished pic. They are asking for a new floor in there laundry room now as well so ill get one when I do that.
We got the trusses repaired for the local that had a tree fall on there house! Drywall guys will be finished on the interior next week and we're waiting on good weather to replace the damaged parts of the roof.
Have been running around helping folks with frozen pipes due to this winter freeze we had.
Finished a new floor for another local family today. Came out real nice!
