Our micro distillery features two small stills for crafting small batch rum (currently barrel-aging and not yet available for purchase), as well as a full cocktail bar and craft cocktail menu that highlights our spirits. Come in for a drink or a spirit flight and take a bottle home!

Although we do not serve food, Stillwater Proper's menu is available to order and enjoy in our space.
