While it may not feel like it in Stillwater, MN at the moment, the “ber” months have started and it’s a wonderful time to sign up for our Meal Train!

Meal Train for Hope House of St. Croix Valley Hope House has provided a safe haven for persons living with HIV/AIDS since 1991. We have the pleasure of providing everything to these individuals entrusted in our care, and that includes meals. We warmly welcome members of the community to prepare and drop off meals for the residents whenever poss...

There is beauty in the sharing of one’s life. We mourn the loss of one of our residents, but feel honored and humbled to have been able to live our lives along side his tremendous personality and happiness. If you would like to join us in the celebration of Carlin’s life, he would have loved that.

Announcing our 2023 Legacy Person of the Year, Dennis G***k!

Dennis has done an amazing job supporting the Senior LGBTQIA community with Let's Do Lunch. This lunch has allowed seniors to c***ect and socialize with other seniors and across generations. It is no small task to make sure this lunch happens twice each month. During COVID lockdown Dennis made sure to keep everyone c***ected and lunches delivered. Dennis has an incredible spirit and his efforts are heroic.

Tuesdays at 4pm, bring your dogs to Hope House (451 Everett St N, Stillwater) for some pets and love from our residents. No pressure, just kindness.

In November of 2022, a back-of-the-house hose was apparently left "on". The City of Stillwater made Hope House aware of this mishap in March of 2023, and informed us that we had been leaking 100 gallons per hour....for several months.

As one could imagine, this is not typical usage for a 4-person residence. All available funding through the state has dried up (pun definitely intended), and so now we humbly ask you, our neighbors for help.

The bill is $2,769.13. Each donation is a drop in the proverbial bucket of this unforeseen bill.

Every Tuesday at 4pm. We are going to keep coming out to the porch to see if any dogs drop-in! Stay 5 minutes, stay 30 minutes, no wrong way of visiting.

Are you nice? Is your dog nice? Then come to the front porch at Hope House (451 Everett St N, Stillwater) to visit our residents.
Tuesdays at 4pm-4:30pm - a standing, weekly date where you and your dog can provide some oxytocin (The Love Chemical) to your neighbors at Hope House.

Today is the National Youth HIV/AIDS Awareness Day. Only 6% of high schoolers get tested, yet 1 in 5 of new HIV diagnoses are aged 13-24. That means, we can all work together to provide safe opportunities for testing and for conversations.

Trans People Experience:
- Significant political attacks by extreme legislation in US states and in Congress.
- An ongoing epidemic of fatal violence, especially against Black and Brown trans women.
Join us in letting these humans know they are valid, they are seen, and they are enough.
