We did assist the owner of Melt by providing financial assistance, connections and guidance to help him get started. However, Lolito nor any member of the Lolo Group has never had any part in Melt’s operations or in how they conduct their business.
At this time we have no connections to Melt at all. We wish Melt Pizza the best and hope they are a positive part of our community for years to come.

It's perfect for our homemade Lolito Tepache, which is often served in a clay cup in Mexico.
"As a fermented beverage, tepache contains probiotics, which help keep the good bacteria in your gut healthy, help with digestion and support your immune system. The fermentation process also boosts the vitamin content of tepache, so it offers more nutritional benefits than just eating a ripe pineapple."

TEPACHE Is a traditional Mexican drink, which Lolito Stillwater is making in house by fermenting pineapple peels, cores and brown sugar.
'Tepache, is known for its light, bubbly texture and sweet pineapple flavor.s. it is made all over Mexico, often times in homes. It is growing in popularity and is often compared to kombucha. Tepache is a nutrient-rich, healthy beverage with a long history, making it a distinct, delicious part of traditional Mexican culture.'

Quiereme Mucho Mezcal" is a brand that prides itself on its deep roots in Oaxaca, the heartland of mezcal. Founded by Eduardo Muñozcano Skydmore, the brand is unique in that it controls all five links of the mezcal production chain, from nursery to marketing. The mezcal is crafted by artisans who transform agave into a special beverage with love and dedication. What sets Quiereme Mucho apart is the presentation of their bottles - each one is hand-painted, making no two bottles alike. The brand is also committed to supporting local artisans, with over 40 people involved in the production process, including 23 native artisans who express their Zapotec art in each bottle. The production is entirely artisanal, with hand grinding of the agave.

Lolito is proud to be adding our own traditionally made TEPACHE drink! Think kombucha, with an Oaxacan flare. A very popular drink amongst the locals and has been around for centuries.
Tepache comes from fermenting pineapple rinds with brown sugar, we add handcrafted Piloncillo and Cinnamon Bark syrup with fresh pineapple and lime juice, and top it with club soda. Beneficial for your gut health, clean ingredients and an easy way to boost your immune system.
