Alumnus Dr. Fred Regnier recently received the Lifetime Achievement Award at the Indiana Life Sciences Manufacturing Summit in 2023. Dr. Regnier completed his Ph.D. in the Department of Biochemistry and Molecular Biology in 1965 under the direction of Dr. George R. Waller, completing a thesis entitled "The Biosynthesis of Nepetalactone." It is amazing how successful Dr. Regnier has become since leaving OSU; the department is extremely proud of his accomplishments!
