While we don't require renter's insurance except in a few cases, we encourage renters to obtain it. While we do have some vacancies, earlier occupancy will be prioritized. I will NOT consider 8/1 showings or relets until 2023.

Rate lock available for a 2 yr lease. Roommate swaps allowed during that time period. Now, Jan 1, or June 1 start dates.
