Meet Kaylee Wood! ✨
She joined the ACI team on December 1st to be a Customer Service Representative. She has jumped right into the mix of things and has already learned so much. When you get the chance to speak with her, we are sure you'll be just as pleased as we are with her kindness and professionalism. We look forward to watching her grow and succeed with us. In her off time, Kaylee enjoys spending time with her two kiddos.

Maggie Boone will be hitting her 2nd anniversary with the ACI team on November 29th! She is currently in the Customer Service Representative role here in the agency, which means if you have called in, there is a very high chance you have spoken with her. She is a very caring and detail oriented person, which makes her a perfect fit for the team. She is always looking for ways to help and improve company processes to make the client experience even better. In her time off, she loves spending time with her two handsome sons, Ross and Cason.

Help us welcome April Maddox to the ACI team! 🌟

April joined the team on September 5th! She comes to us with 8 years of insurance experience and is ready to jump right in. She is taking on the role of a Personal Lines Account Manager, so she will be completing account reviews and making sure what you value most is covered properly. We are sure when you first interact with her you will be just as impressed as we are with how kind and attentive she is. In her off time she loves spending time with her husband Dylan and sweet fur baby Koda.

Brad Ausband has been in the insurance industry since 1992, right after graduating from UGA with a degree in general business with his main focus being on risk management. He started off his career as a partner of The Ausband Agency, an exclusive Nationwide agency. After 11 years as a partner, he decided to branch off and start his own independent agency by buying a Progressive book of business. Joco Partners, also known as Best Insurance Group, flourished over the next 19 years. He acquired appointments with many carriers and took care of countless families insurance needs. In 2022, he made the decision to merge Best Insurance Group with The Ausband Agency and Chapman Insurance Group to form Ausband Chapman Insurance, the company you all know and love. In his off time, Brad loves spending time with his wife and two sons. One of his favorite things to do with them is coach his sons baseball and basketball teams. He also very much so enjoys playing and watching sports himself (of course he is a strong supporter of his alma mater... GO DAWGS!) If you can't tell Brad is a very smart, driven, and busy man and ACI is very grateful to have him help lead us!

Today was a very special day! Our Covington crew threw the cutest shower to welcome the newest little member of the ACI team! Congratulations to our sweet mama to be! 🐝💙

Rebecca joined the team to be a Customer Service Representative in the Covington location. She is currently putting all her focus on taking the Insurance P&C course and will be testing to get her license in the near future. She has a very kind and friendly personality; if you get the chance to speak with her, we are sure you'll know you're in good hands.

Jan Gray just celebrated her 21st anniversary with the company on June 1st! In those 21 years, Jan has filled the role of an agent with great passion. She strives to provide top tier service, give helpful advice, and share knowledge on how insurance works and what would serve you as the client best. She has a fun and loveable personality, if you get the chance to speak with her we are sure you won't be disappointed! In her spare time Jan absolutely loves spending time with her husband Scott, their 5 children, and 12 grandchildren (We know, we are shocked too that this young lady is a Gigi).

First off, we want to say thank you to all the brave men and women that have served and those currently serving our country. Our office will be closed Monday the 29th as we honor and remember the sacrifices that have been made. We hope you have a safe and enjoyable holiday! 🇺🇸

Beatriz Correa has been in the insurance industry for 19 years! Her current role in the company is a Personal Lines Account Manager for our McDonough location, saying this is the perfect role for her is an understatement. Beatriz strives to give the best customer service and has a big heart that always wants to help people. Her helpful heart goes a step further because she is our bilingual gem! She is able to fluently communicate with our Spanish speaking clients to provide them with top tier service. If you get the opportunity to speak with her or see her in office, we are sure that she will bring a smile to your face just like she does ours. In her off time she loves spending time with her husband Audiel, daughter Bella, and son Fino.

We are very excited to welcome Julie Conklin to our team. Julie brings a wealth of knowledge with 40 years of insurance service experience. Throughout those 40 years Julie has served in multiple roles, including agency owner of Peachtree Insurance Group in McDonough GA. Julie will serve as our Senior Commercial Account Manger and together we look forward to the opportunity to serve your insurance needs.
