Short story: This client is the mother of the bride. She says each time she gets her make up done her eyes water like crazy. They’re never able to do her eyeliner because of it or cover the redness and when I was applying her make up not once did her eyes tear up, and her eyeliner came out smooth with lashes on.
She was extremely impressed with how her eyes didn’t become irritated at all and was very happy with how her makeup came out.
She said Artist usually just give up because of how easily her eyes tear up, but as an EXPERIENCED artist, there are signs that you can see if a client is getting irritated and each time I noticed I would give her skin rest and move on to another area of make up . I’m just glad she lived her makeup and enjoyed her service. 🫶🏽

For quinceañera makeup it can either be full glam or super natural. For this birthday girl she only wanted her eye makeup to stand out and everything else to be more sheer.
It’s my job to keep my clients happy. Everyone’s version of makeup is different and the last thing I want to do is make any client not feel like themselves. She was so happy with how it came out and felt beautiful. That’s how I want every client to feel.
