The first Brewnity Run was a huge success! We were not expecting so many kind and amazing runners, walkers and STROLLERS! We’re doing round two at again but this time, we’ll be including more friends up North! in Sebastopol, in West Sacramento, and hopes to join us as well!

The Taco The Town is tomorrow!
will be joining Jory from and a 5-star chef as judges after the race! They will eat a taco from each vendor and decide which truck will be crowned the first EVER Taco The Town! 🌮

The race starts at 8:00am, but make sure you are showing up early enough to park, get checked in, and stretch! We recommend 6:30am or even 7:00am.
If you didn’t get your bib or shirt yet, don’t worry! It will be available for pickup at the event!

It’s 6:07am and I’m here at the starting line of the Taco The Town 5K & 10K] and in less than 2 weeks, I will be hosting what will be my biggest race event to date. I’ve always dreamed of having more fun, inclusive, and thrilling events in Stockton. People often flock to Sacramento and the Bay Area for 5Ks, 10Ks, or other food events like this. And nothing against either of those regions, I just think Stockton’s biggest problem isn’t so as much an issue of crime as it is the lacking of things to do. I call it “dangerously boring.”

I’ve done over 60 running events all over California and let me tell you… it’s been some of the most fun I’ve had in my life. It inspired me to start the Taco The Town 5K & 10K], a 5K/10K walking or running event that has free tacos and beer at the finish line.

We’ve already sold out of shirts and the love and attention it’s garnered is nothing short of amazing. I’m honored to be given the title . It’s hard getting started when you have little history in something so huge and encompassing. Which makes me even more grateful for every person who has blindly believed in my vision. Namely , and and my amazing wife for being such a force when I was still learning the ropes.

Took FIRST PLACE 🥇 in my age group and 3rd place overall at the Brain Health to Beat Stroke 5K today! Joined by some great friends from . My eyes got a little watery today seeing all of the stroke survivors. Sad that my dad wasn’t one of them, but I’m sure he’s looking down prouder than ever. Beautiful event with beautiful people. 🧠

🎂Late post: Izekiel Vicente Stowers, it seems too cliché to say “it happens so fast…” but man… it sure flew by faster than I could count it. 365 days around the sun (well, closer to 376 because of this post 😅) and you just keep getting smarter, stronger, feistier, and more curious by the hour. Keep continuing to impress me and I promise I will continue to do the same.

I’ve had Covid for a couple of days now, but that’s only part of the reason I’ve been gone… Not seeing family and being overwhelmed with work has driven me into a space where being creative has been my last thought. So I think hey, our trip to San Diego will be a good time to decompress. Turns out, SD was where we contracted it all. 😔
The run was a little hard, but I’m glad I was able to finish it. I’m now a little behind on my marathon training and backed up on several projects. But I will be back to 100% before you know it. Happy Father’s Day to all the dads out there, and keep crushing miles. 🏃🏾

🏝 It was great visiting family down south. See you later Oceanside, Carlsbad, and Chula Vista. And of course,

It’s been a week since the greatest event I’ve ever created. And I’m still madly impressed by the almost 200 sign ups! I can only tag 20 people, so if you see someone tag them! Thank you everyone for joining in on the fun with us!

Big whoop wanna fightaboutit?

This is my first 10K in… Gosh… I don’t even know. I’ve been in a bit of a funk lately. No desire to make videos. To post. No desire to work, and though running actually makes me feel amazing… I haven’t had much desire to do that either. Protect your mental health everyone. It’s very important to check in with yourself every now and then. Feeling great today. Thanks for listening and stay tuned for more amazing content. ❤️

So I think I’m gonna try this next time and see how it goes!

Here are so fitness resolutions I have:
1. Complete a FULL in-person marathon. , let’s make it happen. 🤙
2. In 2021, I ran 702 miles… this year, I want to run 1,000.
3. Complete my first race.
4. Grow my channel.
5. Run. Everyday. Even if it’s just a mile.
I think I can do it. What do you think?
