When changing out an HVAC System, there is a lot more to do than taking a unit out and putting a new one back in it's place, you must fix all the other items that make up the other, just as important, half of the system. Here we are fabricating, a simple, but important custom stand/plenum for a new Samsung Variable Refrigerant Flow System. We are usually limited on space so we can't just leave as is and tell a customer it will be fine. We have to figure out ways, with all the challenges, to make it work the best it can so it will operate at 100%, be as efficient as it can, cost the least to run all well making sure it has as long of a life span as it can. It takes a lot of extra time, but it will always cost you more not to do it properly.
