Almost completed lamps using Edison bulbs, the light reflecting capability of glossed eastern red cedar a stunning.. be t up will be to dig up a 10-12" Eastern Red Cedar stump and rootball to . Take a rootball cut deadlevel at ground lvl -2 inches below ground lvl and polish and finish the wood then place a round table top glass... They go for big $$$ for them so I'll push the edge to it right or try but I got this
Just somethings I'm working on.... Eastern red cedar nothing is just ordinary

Currently working on making a forge/smelt oven and slowly work on my forging/smelting skills and be able to make the metal and handle
This really looking like the amount of time invested... Another 2-4 days and the coating process will near full cure and make this look extraordinary
It's a slow process but worth it.... I just put some liquid on the left to show what it will look like when finished, not as good but that's the difference between a coat of water versus 5 oil poly coats, 2 or 3 pours of epoxy
One finished two in progress
What I'm working on...
First coat that red is starting to pop
On to ultra light sanding and buffing.... I'm think a finish might be unnessecary
