This beautiful boho themed wedding cake was a layer of chocolate with chocolate ganache filling. As well as a layer of vanilla with salted caramel filling. A topper was added by the couple on site.

Here is today’s project. 28 dozen blueberry muffins. I will be making 39 dozen over the next 3 days for Lancaster Oral Surgery group. Thank you, Andrew for the referral!

Here is just a few highlights of this week. I’m not showing everything. We did tons of cupcakes, cookie orders and just miscellaneous bar and bread orders. Thank you to everyone placing orders for your favorites.

6”,8” marble purple butterfly tier cake for an 18th birthday

10” chocolate deer themed birthday cake

10” vanilla space themed birthday cake

10” dairy free, nut free vanilla cake in all red. Characters will be added by customer at the venue.

A few more of this week’s orders.

6”,9” vanilla and chocolate tier cake with fondant accents. Figures will be added to the top at home by customer. Characters and logo were edible images. 2 dozen vanilla and chocolate cupcakes to coordinate with cake.

8” vanilla cake and 5 dozen cupcakes to match the florals on the cake. This was for a Solanco graduate who wanted her own style for her graduation party, not her school colors. Congratulations Holly.

You know it’s going to be a great party, when there’s 5 dozen Linzer cookies in various fillings!

That a week! Here is a few of the highlights.

Poppy tier cake is vanilla with fresh strawberries

8” chocolate with chocolate buttercream graduation cake with 3 dozen matching cupcakes in vanilla and red velvet

6”,8” square LS graduation cake on marble. This will get a topper at home. (Square tier cakes are hard to get good photos of!)

12” strawberry cake with chocolate buttercream in a stump theme and pink flowers for a woodland creatures baby shower. This cake used over 2 lbs of strawberries purred down for the cake. 3 dozen coordinated cupcakes, including a dozen gluten free, vegan, soy free, nut free.

1/2 sheet vanilla/chocolate with fresh strawberries for a double graduation celebration

6” marble cake with cheesecake filling and a 1/4 sheet of buckeyes for a work birthday celebration.

This was a small portion of this weeks orders. This baker is tired!

13 dozen muffins ready to go for a golf tournament tomorrow. Blueberry, lemon poppy and choc chip.

I received these photos today from a recent blue ombre cake and cupcakes I did for a birthday. I love hearing about the parties and receiving photos of the setups.

A couple more of today’s orders.

60 assorted dessert pieces. Buckeye bars, strawberry lemon blondies, mixed berry cheese coffee cake and cinnamon roll coffee cake. This is for an LS graduation party.

8” strawberry cake with lemon curd filling for a dual couple’s birthday celebration.

8” cookies and cream funfetti cake with a sprinkle explosion that will pour out when the cake in cut. In “Bluey” colors. Figures to be added at home by customer. I loved the muted blues, orange and white blend we did on the cake sides. Also, 3 dozen assorted macarons to go with the cake.

Next week, we have a VERY full week of wedding tastings, graduations, birthdays and several tier cakes. Stay tuned….

Congratulations to Doug and Danielle!

This 6” red velvet cutting cake and 5 dozen cupcakes headed out today for their wedding tomorrow.

Cupcakes were: vanilla with vanilla buttercream,
Chocolate with peanut butter buttercream, vanilla with raspberry filling, cookies and cream, and chocolate covered strawberry.

Their guests will have a beautiful selection to choose from! We wish this couple a wonderful day and many blessings.

This order went out today for a very lucky school tomorrow morning. (I won’t post the school, so it stays a surprise) This dear family is thanking the school with a large assortment of treats tomorrow morning.

Brownies, cookies, cinnamon roll coffee cake, scones and muffins will brighten this staffs morning,

I have orders headed out everyday this week. So stay tuned for more photos and weddings too!

These 4 dozen individually sized cheesecakes went out today. A dozen gluten free blueberry topped. Then a dozen chocolate ganache topped, cherry topped and lemon curd topped. All for a retirement party.

Two different style petal accents designs on the cupcakes to match the cake.
