16 years ago, the idea of taking the property at the Historic Strasburg Inn and turning it into a restaurant and wedding venue became a reality. It has been an amazing and rewarding experience. Our vision was to provide unparalleled food and excellent service. The small community of Strasburg and surrounding areas has welcomed us and made us feel at home. It is now time to say goodbye.
It has been a wonderful journey growing and expanding our business. It would never have been possible without our amazing Fireside family. These people that work here are true professionals. They love the industry and strive to make your experience incredible. Many of whom have been with us for most of those years. Our wait staff, bartenders, banquet staff, chef’s and managers are top notch. We are forever grateful for their dedication to making our dream of having a thriving business a true success. It is all because of them.
From day one we have strived to treat all our guests with kindness and respect. You have allowed us to share our love of food, drinks and service. You have trusted us in celebrating your weddings, anniversaries, birthdays, bridal and baby showers with us. You have joined us for our Easter, Mother’s Day and Thanksgiving buffets. You have enjoyed our passion for Christmas decorating. A true labor of love all done by the staff. Your enthusiasm and response to all these times has brought us much joy. We will truly miss you all.
As we embark on a new chapter, we are excited to announce that Fireside Tavern is transitioning to new ownership. We have full confidence that Reese and Helen Harter will continue to provide the exceptional service you have come to expect. The new owners will be honoring all gift cards. Thank you for your continued support!
