This is the background for a portrait we’re painting this week! I love creating abstract backgrounds with tons of layers. It’s so relaxing and a great warm up before I start the portrait! If all goes well, she’s going to Art Basel with us in December.

This new GG paper is for our neutral girls and guys!
We love the distressed worn damask pattern so much ! It’s reminiscent of old wallpaper and gives a subtle European feel. This paper is a repeating pattern that stacks top to bottom and side to side. We think it also makes a great background for mixed media art! The taupe, cream, white and grey color palette is so elegant!
