Dr Lipschitz and his staff are wonderful. I had extensive plastic surgery out of the country and ended up with major complications with 3 large incisions opening up on my back. I had no issues with my doctors in Mexico but didnt want to travel back there with open wounds. Luckily, Dr Lipschitz accepted me as a wound care patient when Cleveland Clinic outpatient wound care clinic denied me because I was a cosmetic patient. I couldnt do my own dressing changes since I couldnt reach them on my back so I went to his office 3-5 days a week for more than 4 months for wound care. I cant thank Dr Lipschitz, Meredith, Rebecca, Kylie, Jasmine, Olivia & Dana enough for how caring they were towards me.

Do you need BOTOX?
Great question. The answer is maybe. For for most, yes, unless you put the work into maintaining smooth skin for as long as you can. Time does catch up with us all, but we want to tell you that you definitely do not NEED to get BOTOX. Why? Because there are lots of ways to help improve the fine lines that BOTOX easily erases—you just need to know some of the basics. Revision Breast Implant Surgery is the most complex cosmetic breast surgery in plastic surgery. It requires careful history taking, examination and analysis followed by meticulous technical finesse to achieve optimum results. The patient is a 69 year old female 5 ft 4 in 102 lbs preop bra size 32C is asymmetric with the right breast appearing smaller than the left. She has bilateral capsular contractures. The right implant is too small for her base width. The left breast has extracapsular silicon gel extrusion and nodularities which is a very unusual complication where the silicon gel is actually embedded within the breast tissue. Dr. Lipschitz performed an implant exchange with bilateral capsulectomies and removal of left breast nodules. The implant size was changed from 240 cc Ultra High to 295 cc Smooth Responsive Moderate Profile (SRM) shape and size. The patient is seen here before and 6 weeks post op. Return to work in 7 - 10 days.
