🔥 Scalp micropigmentation (SMP) is an excellent, non-surgical solution to thinning and receding hair. Usually when performing SMP, it is a series of small dots that mimic the appearance of hair follicles. With this gentleman, we actually did tiny hair strokes to seamlessly intermingle with his existing hair.

Karin completed two preceptorships and obtained her permanent makeup certification through the American Institute of Intradermal Cosmetics in Arlington, TX. It is through Karin’s extensive medical and cosmetic background, that she is able to perform these cosmetic procedures without compromising client care. You can count on beautiful results and minimal pain in a clean, relaxed setting. What is Permanent Makeup?
This medically developed procedure is a method of implanting color into the skin to create lasting cosmetic effects. When done properly, permanent makeup looks as natural …even better than makeup.

• Permanent makeup is ideal for poor eyesight, unsteady hands, confinement to bed and other challenges that make it difficult or impossible to apply makeup properly
• Permanent Makeup is perfect for the woman who is allergic to cosmetics.
How long does permanent makeup last?
The treatment is permanent. It will not wash off. However, it will soften with age and will need to be retouched every 3-5 years.
What colors are available?
Almost any color of makeup that you can buy at the store can be closely matched. Bring your favorite colors to your consultation or we can blend your own unique shade.
Does is hurt?
Comfort levels vary from person to person. The benefits far outweigh the discomfort you may experience in this medically safe procedure. We also use a powerful topical anesthetic cream for numbing.
Could I have an allergic reaction?
There is little chance of an allergic reaction from the pigment, however, a patch test is recommended in advance of the procedure as a precaution. The topical anesthetics used may contain Lidocaine, Tetracaine, Marcaine and Benzocaine. These numbing agents are frequently used in the medical and cosmetic industries. Should you have a known allergy to any of these substances, please notify your technician. You may also opt for no anesthesia.
Is it safe?
Yes, the procedure is done under strict sterilization guidelines. A well-trained, certified technician administers the procedure using pre-sterilized, single use, disposable needle cartridges. All the materials are disposed of properly. Disposable items are NEVER reused.
