IT'S TOMATO SEASON! We will have our stand full of tomatoes all week. They are perfect for sauce, a BLT, homemade pico, and of course a tomato grilled cheese. We are nearly out of cinnamon rolls and bagels for the weekend so stop in and grab yours! See you at the stand.

This rainy Sunday can still be brightened by fresh baked cinnamon rolls! They are extra swirly this morning. We also have cream cheese frosting to top them! Interested in our coffee? Try some of our fresh roasted coffee. We have a special treat for our bagels next weekend, bigger and more flavors! Hope to see you at the stand!

Limited bagels at the stand today! We, of course, have our veggies, and look at these MELONS! We may have had a bit of a taste test...delicious!!!

Veggies are too prolific, we can't keep them all for the weekend. We have left the stand open for grab and go! Our tomatoes, cucumbers, zucchini, squash, and peppers are all available. Can't choose? Grab one of our market boxes that have all our items and at a great deal of only $10. It's a half a peck and over 6 lbs of produce (some above 8 lbs). Grab them at the stand.

Also we completely sold out of bagels and will be doing a large restock. We will be increasing our flavor options and the size of our bagels! Keep a look out!

We had a fantastic day with so many people interested in our bagels! Well today is cinnamon rolls! Freshly baked this morning and still warm. Stand is open!

Cinnamon roll Sunday has a little something special...we are now roasting coffee! We have a small selection of medium and dark roast that will pair amazingly with any breakfast...maybe a bagel or a cinnamon roll or even a quiche with some of our farm fresh produce! Stand will be open early, grab yours!

What a day! Our sunflowers took the majority of the storm last night, we hope they come back... but look at the VEGGIES! We use no spray, no pesticides, and only natural fertilizer. We now have a farmers box, it contains nearly 10 pounds of produce! These 1/2 pecks are only $10.

Oh, right, our bagels...SOLD OUT!! Thank you to everyone who has already stopped in! Hope to see you at the stand! Cinnamon roll Sunday is on for tomorrow, a few bagels and bread will be available!

It looks like the weekend will be beautiful! The stand will be open with lots of bagels and vegetables including zucchini, tomatoes, cucumbers, and peppers. Sourdough Saturday selection will be double chocolate chip, everything, salted, and cinnamon raisin! Grab yours while they last. Oooh the bagel grind has begun! Prepping for this weekend with some fun new flavors of sourdough bagels: double chocolate, cinnamon raisin, and salted. I enjoy the double chocolate with peanut butter, so delicious. Hope to see you at the stand!

A huge veggie harvest and now this! We are going to have a full stand this weekend of vegetables as well as baked goods...and in just a few more days, all these sunflowers!

What a beautiful day! We have our farm stand full of goodies as grab and go...including bagels and focaccia bread! Grab it while it lasts! Our peppers are huge! See you at the stand.

Brookside has been busy getting ready for this summer and fall. We are very excited with how the veggie, pumpkin, and sunflower fields have been going! We will have our stand open this coming weekend with all our farm grown goodies. And don't worry, our bagels are back! See you at the stand this weekend. It's May market day in town! The stand will be open from 9-12. The test kitchen was experimenting with new flavors of bagels, asiago, wild blueberry and everything. We have lettuce pots springing and herb pots up. Brookside Naturals spring line is also in stock. See you here!

We are so thankful for everyone who stopped by this past weekend! We have a lot of planting and prepping we need to get done on the farm so we will be closing the stand for the next few weekends. We will bring back our bagels and breads then! Look out for our posts about when we will be back open.

We decided to open a little early (9 am) since Cinnamon roll Sunday is usually such a hit...and well mom deserves a cinnamon roll that is fresh out the oven! We will have our bouquets, tea towers, small variety of our treats a-la-carte, specialty boxes, soaps and cinnamon rolls. We are out of sourdough bagels but have a few yeast bagels left!

We have been very busy crafting these special desserts for our Mother's Day sale! There are two ways to someone's heart, their eyes and stomach...I think we nailed both! Still looking for something for Mom this weekend? We will have tea towers which includes these 12 perfect for tea time (really, anytime) treats on this portable tower. We did a lot of test kitchen Sunday trials of these savory and sweet treats and I have to say they are delicious! They will be available this weekend, please preorder so you don't miss out!

Who needs proofing mats when you have 36 (yes there are 36, we've had the unfortunate task of bleeding them all) H.P. Smith radiators to aid all of our baked good's rises. Cinnamon Roll Sunday is off and running. Stand will be open at 10! Hope to see you there!

Our sourdough starter (who still does not have a name, which seems to be blasphemy in the sourdough community) has been working overtime! Stand is open! We have our signature sourdough bagels and have added a few more specialty types! Strawberry crumble is a new sourdough flavor...naturally flavored with just strawberries!
