If you missed today's meeting you really missed a great one. David dropped the 🎤 with his Lemons to Lemonaid speech. He had us all enthralled from beginning to end. Up next came our favorite Table Topics Master Nicole with her "This or That" themed questions with April the newbie beating us all to win Best Table Topic Speaker.

Another awesome meeting. Lots of friendly competition and camaraderie. Wednesdays are my absolutely favorite day of the week.

He captured our attention right from the beginning and kept us all engaged with his amazing story telling abilities. Then he left us with food for thought and powerful tips and strategies for creating and setting our personal goals.

Another great meeting. Our TMOD did an excellent job of communicating and explaining the roles Toastmasters can hold to effectively run meetings. This was followed by an excellent speech titled "Becoming Self-Aware" by DTM Kathy Neumiller. So many takeaways from her speech.

If you missed this week you definitely do not want to miss next week. It will be fire !

Our member Kunna Faal was invited to present her research paper titled "Changing the Narrative to Promote Food Safety Culture in The Gambia" earlier this week at the International Association For Food Protection (IAFP) 2023 conference in Toronto Ontario.

Kunna we are so extremely proud of you! Congratulations!

At today's meeting Aline shared with us her "Visions of Public Speaking" with her Ice Break Speech. Aline is returning to Toastmasters after being gone for a few years.
