What began as my own healing journey, will hopefully benefit a few others too. The power of sound bath meditation extends to its potential for enhancing self-awareness, mindfulness, and spiritual growth, as participants often report deep, introspective experiences during the session. Sound bath meditation is believed to work on a cellular level, as the vibrations from the instruments can harmonize the body’s energy, releasing blockages and restoring balance.
