First we want to thank you, our customers, for supporting us for the last 12 years. Many of you have become like family to us. You truly are the soul reason we even have a business. We are extremely humble and grateful. I say all of that to say this, the up coming months are going to be very different for not only our business but for our family. You see Effie has been diagnosed with triple positive breast cancer. I know people may believe I single handedly run the show here but nothing could be further from the truth. Those who know us know the truth is I kill the bugs and Effie handles EVERYTHING else. From the business to the home to the education of our children. She is truly the greatest asset to our family and our business. So while she is busy kicking cancer’s ass this next year I will be doing a very lack luster job trying to fill her shoes. We ask for your prayers, your patience and hopefully your understanding during this time. If I don’t pull this off, Effie is going to poke me in the eye the second she is better.

9:10 a.m. update: We were able to isolate the damaged area to safely restore power to over 1,500 members. There is no restoration time yet for the members still out of power. Thank you for your patience as our linemen work to safely replace a broken three-phase pole.
