Getting closer...how many of you are itching to get those Christmas decorations up?
Don't forget to book early this year. We book up every year and we are losing a whole weekend this year!
I know...I know. It's only August! I wanted to just provide an update for this year. We will be doing early visits again this year for any military families who will be facing deployment over the holidays. Generally these are in November, but we can work with you.
This year we will be doing an out of the state event from Dec 12-15. So that weekend will be %100 unavailable.
Look forward to seeing yall again this year!
Please book early! For those who think it's to soon, I book my 1st event a month or so ago.
I've attached a link directly to the family we helped this year. If anyone wants to help, there is venmo and cashapp info on this post.
Thanks to everyone I met this year. It was truly an awesome year!
We WILL be back next year!

As many of you know, we began our adoption journey in 2019. We’ve had ups and downs, both disappointments and celebrations all along the way. Our next stop on this emotional adventure is a very special destination, the Philippines, where a sweet 4 year old girl named Jessa anxiously awaits us! We have welcomed her into our hearts and family and now FINALLY get to welcome her into our home. We now need your help to get her here! Every person who donates to our adoption becomes a part of our journey, our story; a piece of our puzzle.
Here’s how it works:
• We have selected a 216 piece puzzle; every piece symbolizing someone who will help bring our sweet girl home.
• Each piece is a minimum donation of $50
• You may choose to be one piece of the puzzle or several pieces of the puzzle.
• YOUR name will be written on the back of each piece you represent!
• After the puzzle is completed, we will frame the puzzle between two pieces of glass and hang it in Jessa’s room. This will be a wonderful keepsake to see all the people who helped bring the newest member of our family home!
YOU will be a part of completing our missing piece to the puzzle.
If we sell ALL 216 pieces…do the exciting math…that will raise around $11,000! This will cover a huge chunk of our traveling and remaining adoption costs!
We would be so honored if you were a part of bringing our Jessa home!
To get a puzzle piece, you can donate a few different ways-
Zelle- email address is [email protected]
Cash App- $JBaker2013
or if it’s easier you can email us at [email protected] to get the address so you can mail a donation. If you wish to have more than one puzzle piece (you’re AMAZING!) then please let us know and we will gladly do that for you!
On Fridays we will post a picture of the puzzle as we have pieces purchased and will post everything on here!
We will be updating our blog often so you can see the process!
We are so blessed by each and every one of you! THANK YOU, from the bottom of our hearts

I've departed Cane Bay and am already delivering presents. This year was truly magical and amazing! I thank each and every person who invited me into their home and to their parties.
I guess there's only one thing left for me to say... Happy Christmas to all, and to all a goodnight!
Merry Christmas Cane Bay!
Tonight I will pass through Cane bay one last time. I have a very special person driving me this year. An awesome member of the United States Navy!
See yall soon!
Due to demand, I will be at Lindera beginning at noon. I will have to leave at 1:45 promptly to make it to another appointment. Please be patient as we don't know how many people will show up.
See you soon!
Merry Christmas!
I will be in Lindera today at the benches near the large field. Arrival depends on how many people plan on coming down to take pictures. Right now I'll be there from 1-145. I can be there earlier but must depart at 145.
See yall soon!
I have attached a link to my venmo. Multiple people have asked, so here it is. Thank you again Cane Bay! This has been another awesome season!

This evening, I get to venture to charleston airport to pick up a sailor coming home for Christmas!
Who's got the best lights in the bay?
Camera catches are booked. First year we did this we had roughly 15. This year, in less then a day it's over 40.
Holy smokes!
The farewell ride is becoming complicated. I'm trying to work on the logistics of it all. I've realized it is impossible to make everyone happy so here is what I'm thinking.
If I am solo, I have the ability to move to the shoulder if traffic builds behind me. I want every community to have a chance to see santa, stopping at each one would mean the last community wouldn't be arrived at until 9 or later. That's to late.
So the plan is to depart the high school as close to 6pm on SUNDAY as I can. I will travel all the way back to wildcat circle where I will go RIGHT. I will travel down to the circle near jasmine Point where I will travel the whole way around tue circle. When I return to wild cat circle I will continue straight across. I will follow fair winds in that direction to the next circle where I will once again go the whole way around.
From there I return to wildcat circle and make a right on CBB. I will end once I get back to the front of Cane Bay.
There are alot of communities and tons of kids. Please slow down near entrances as there tends to be larger crowds along the entrance points. I look forward to seeing yall one last time!
If anyone wants to "catch" santa on their doorbell/security cameras on Christmas Eve please message me.
Thanks and Merry Christmas Cane Bay! This year has been a blast!
EDIT: This happens after my elves go to bed, it is late. If your cameras announce through the house that a person has been spotted, like ours do, you will want to turn the volume down. I will send a message to you once I leave your home so you have a time stamp of when to look at your cameras. Just like everything else we do, there is zero charge. If you wish to donate or tip, you can, but there is zero obligation to do anything.
We thought we had a really sweet ride setup for the Christmas eve ride down CBB. They had to cancel. Anyone got a unique or cool ride and wanna help out? Message us if you can!
PLEASE SHARE TO YOUR COMMUNITY PAGES.
On Christmas Eve, I will once again take one final ride through cane bay. This year will be a little different.
In past years, the number one complaint is the speed we are driving. At the request of BCSO, we were told not to drop below 35, which is fine.
Therefore, this year I will be pulling into the main entrance of each community to say bye. I will have about 5 to 10 minutes at each stop. We will try to update yall where we are so you aren't standing out to long. The route remains the same. Depart the high school close to six, stop at the communities on the right hand side, travel to wildcat circle and go the whole way around. Coming back on CBB I will then stop at each of the communities on that side of the road.
Please note: we will only be stopping at the main entrance. Example, old rice has 3 entrances. We will only be stopping at the MAIN one on decatur. Please don't block the road or put yourselves in harms way.
I will see everyone soon!
So which list are you on? Times running out! Your elves are always watching!
This is where I will be today. The weather stinks, so stop by, come inside and check out this new daycare. I will be there from 12-2 checking my list, doing photos and talking with the kiddos!
See yall there!
This year's schedule is crazy busy! Saturday I will be at Closet of Hope event at Charleston Southern University from 10AM until 5PM. This is a huge event. Stop by, check out the vendors, grab a picture with me and we can discuss how to get off that naughty list!
