I think too often we hold such a negative opinion of ourselves that we dive into situations in our professional AND personal lives with the worst case scenario in mind. I know I'm definitely guilty of this as well, but I've found that keeping your eye on the prize so to speak and visualizing what things could be like if you succeed in your life goals means you're one step closer to achieving them!

When I started here we had 250 cars roughly, maybe 300 if we REALLY pumped up the inventory. We got them in, certified them, sold them and cleaned them up, and worked our tails off to try and break 300 sold units.

Now we keep 4-500 in stock, have our own truck to pick up your vehicle if it doesn't run, and we haven't sold less than 300 in almost two years straight. It has been a wild ride but I wouldn't change it for the world, it's an honor to work at a place that constantly grows and adapts to the rapidly changing world around it!
