“Spoiled Husband Football Food Series” I wish yall could have heard the way this man @themjg was yelling at the TV during this 49ers game 😂 I made some stuffed shrimp for his game day bites. The shrimp was stuffed with a mixture made up of cream cheese, pepper jack cheese, spinach, crab meat, artichoke and some seasoning. The shrimp is devined and butterfly, the mixture is put between the back and tail, I placed the shrimp butterfly side down in a cast iron skillet in a circular pattern. Baked at 350 for 15 mins, I poured a little butter over the top that was mixed with lemon juice and basil.Hunny this slapped! 😂 Can’t wait to make them again. #spoiledhusband #footballsunday #cocktailfood #seafood

This Shrimp Quesadilla was a hit with the mister @themjg, I used the Habanero Lime Tortilla from @traderjoes, I seasoned the shrimp with rosemary lemon salt, old bay, crunchy chili onion oil, Italian fermented crushed Calabrian peppers (both #traderjoesfinds ) I Sautéed in a pan with butter, diced peppers, onions, shiitake mushrooms, fresh parsley and cilantro. 😘#perfect end to a day! Served with fresh #guacamole and sour cream. Perfect fit with the Strawberry margarita gooooo Football Sunday!

I happened to find some garlic pizza dough and I paired it with the Argentine garlic shrimp, added some tomato pesto, loads of fresh veggies and a creamy black pepper cheese. It was the perfect bite. Drinks and music is my vibe in the kitchen on a Friday night as I work on recipes. Tonight I was working on perfecting my citrus chicken. I have to say it had the house smelling delicious! Roasting the lemons, limes, oranges, onions and peppercorn first, then layering the seasoned chicken on top to bake was definitely a tasty combination. I paired it with some rice that was seasoned with cilantro, lemon grass and ginger, I sautéed some shiitake mushrooms and rainbow chard for a nice and lite finish. It was an amazing meal.
