A one pan dish: Pineapple and Jalapeño Glazed Pork Loin with potatoes and mix vegetables covered baked at 350 For hour and half and uncovered for 15mins served over rice.

Some how I have been roped in to making for every game! Like I did it on Sunday, Monday and Thursday! I’m not sure who thinks I am but I love him and I’m stick beside him.😂 Still editing my reel! I swear it hard to make a 1:30 video for IG! But y’all these was sooooo freaking good! And baby those potatoes I had to work extra hard this morning in the gym. What’s you favorite game day meal?

Today called some seafood linguine with black tiger shrimp that was soaked in a mezcal, pan seared scallops and lobster tail. I made a sun-dried tomato pasta sauce and toss in my seafood, topped it over my tri color, linguine. And Babbbyy! Yesssss

Right now in my house a child is screaming because she is getting her hair braided but life keeps moving and her mom is making a fire pot of cabbage to go with some rice and roasted Trout on a bomb ass Wednesday! I don’t know about anyone else but I’m ready for summer break! Being a mom of four is kicking my butt in this last week because it seems like the schools all pack all the activities in at the last moment and let’s not even talk about the fact we have a graduation in the house so we have all the senior activities! Put a fork in me and a glass of wine Or bourbon in my hand and call it a night 😂
