Today, we would like to commemorate Juneteenth as not just a celebration of freedom, but a reminder of the ongoing fight for racial justice and equality in America.

Join us at one of our PA locations for a safe and supportive space designed specifically for women who have experienced trauma. Our mental health support provides a nurturing environment where you can share your experiences, find solidarity and learn coping strategies for healing. This treatment is offered at Jenkintown, Pottstown, Center City, and Lansdale.

High Focus Centers in Norwalk offers a spectrum of age-specific, individualized outpatient mental health services tailored to address the needs of preteens (ages 10-13), teens (13-17) and adults (18+).

High Focus Centers staff of Norwalk showed their pride and support for the LGBTQ+ community at Fairfield County's 10th annual Pride in the Park presented by the Triangle Community Center.
It was so much fun getting to talk with community members about what High Focus offers and how we can be a mental health resource for those in the community who can use the support!

High Focus Parsippany staff recently engaged in a therapeutic group activity centered around the ART OF HEALING. During this session, staff members had the opportunity to mingle, create art, and connect with one another through their artistic expressions. Led by our talented art therapists, the event allowed them to showcase their talents and for us our creativity! Overall, it's a WIN-WIN for everyone involved! 🎨🖌️

When school’s out for the summer, High Focus Centers are still in session! Our PA locations are offering summer PHP & IOP for teens. Summer PHP hours begin 6/17, from 8:30 a.m. to 1:00 p.m.

HFC Cherry Hill had patients and staff participate in spirit week, where they dressed up for twin day, sports day, throwback Thursday, and comfy clothes/pajama day! The week also included a canvas painting day. It allowed staff and clients to come together outside of the normal day to day treatment experience. Staff spent more time getting to know each other as did the clients. It also gave staff and clients a chance to express themselves and show off their creativity and interests.

The Adolescent staff at Cherry Hill put their artistry to work and created a mural in their hallway. To enhance the patients' excitement about successfully discharging, they are able to add their handprint to the tree. The patients get to leave their mark at High Focus to be reminded of their progress! 🎨
